A tot aix\u00f2 cal sumar la seva capacitat refrescant, com b\u00e9 saben els productors de caramels i xiclets.<\/p>\n<p>Les seves fulles fresques s\u2019utilitzen en amanides, per aromatitzar plats de carn, llegums, verdures \u2026 i com a complement de c\u00f2ctels.<\/p>\n<p>Efectivament, la menta produeix una sensaci\u00f3 de frescor a la boca i a les vies respirat\u00f2ries que transmet frescor a tot el cos. Igual que el roman\u00ed, reconegut des de l\u2019Antic Egipte com t\u00f2nic cerebral rejovenidor per ser ric en antioxidants; la seva infusi\u00f3, intensament arom\u00e0tica, ens transporta a la natura.<\/p>\n<p>A les tardes caloroses de l\u2019estiu no hi ha res com gaudir d\u2019una infusi\u00f3 ben refrescant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UNA RECEPTA 100\u00d7100 ESTIUENCA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Recuperem la recepta d\u2019infusi\u00f3 d\u2019herba llimona i pinya<em>,<\/em> molt digestiva, agradable al paladar i fresca.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>1 litre d\u2019aigua filtrada<\/p>\n<p>3 bossetes d\u2019infusi\u00f3 d\u2019herba llimona Ecoherbes (fresca o seca) o 5 cullerades de fulles<\/p>\n<p>La tija d\u2019una pinya (\u00e9s la part central llenyosa de la fruita)<\/p>\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<p>Abocar l\u2019aigua en una olla i posar a escalfar.<\/p>\n<p>Afegir la tija de la pinya tallat a trossos.<\/p>\n<p>Quan l\u2019aigua comenci a bullir, deixar en ebullici\u00f3 10 minuts i despr\u00e9s apagar el foc.<\/p>\n<p>Afegir les bossetes d\u2019infusi\u00f3 d\u2019herba llimona (o els fulls) i tapar.<\/p>\n<p>Deixar reposar 5-10 minuts i filtrar.
