CANCELLATION OF THE ACTIVITY OR RESERVATION AND DATE CHANGES:
On the part of the organizer: in case of adverse weather conditions or for any other cause, 100% of the reservation will be returned and / or the possibility of making it for another date will be offered.
Any cancellation of the activity or change of date will be communicated by email and / or telephone, which the client informed in the reservation.
The amount will be returned to the same bank card with which the payment was made, within 5 working days.
On the part of the client: up to 48 hours before the start, 100% of the amount will be returned and / or the possibility of realization will be offered for another date, after this period 100% of the reservation amount will be lost.
Any cancellation of the reservation and changes of date, will be notified to Ecoherbes by email [email protected] attaching a copy of the reservation.
The amount will be returned to the same bank card with which the payment was made, within 5 working days.
