Pursuant to the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other supplementary laws, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract (by telephone, internet, postal mail, fax, at their home, etc.) within a period of 14 calendar days, without the need to provide any justification.

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day the contract is concluded or, as applicable, from the day on which the consumer or a third party indicated by the consumer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, or of the last of those goods acquired, or of the last of the parts of the same good acquired under a single order.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). The user also has the option of completing and submitting electronically the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement by attaching the document and sending it to info@ecoherbes.com. By using this option, the consumer will receive without delay, on a durable medium (for example, by email), an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise of this right is sent by the consumer before the relevant deadline expires.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal shall terminate the obligations of the parties to perform the contract or to conclude it where the consumer has made an offer. In this case, provided that the conditions set out above are met, all payments received shall be reimbursed, including, where applicable, delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the consumer and user’s decision to withdraw from the contract was received. The reimbursement shall be made using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that no costs are incurred as a result of the reimbursement.

Contracts listed in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other supplementary laws, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
